Are your services available nationwide?

Can you demonstrate any meeting spaces?

Our Experience Centre is set up to demonstrate our Audio Visual solutions in a variety of different sized meeting spaces. Discover the spaces and the technologies that can transform your meeting experiences. We'll show you the products & the technologies and how we put them together to make them work in your meeting environment. Whether in person or over video we'd love to show you around. How do I arrange a demonstration?

Whether in person or over video we'd love to show you around our Experience Centre. All you need to do is get in touch with us and we'll book your visit or video tour.

Can you send me a quote for my meeting room?

Of course we can. Get in touch with us and let us know what you’re after.

We always try to spend the time upfront understanding your requirements so that we can provide you with the best recommendations and an accurate quotation. Firstly, we’ll get one of our AuDeo specialists to chat through your requirements. We’ll come and visit you to see your meeting space, do a site survey if necessary and demonstrate any of the product or solutions that you’d like to see. Then we’ll put together your meeting room designs and once you’re happy we’ll send your quote.

What do you need to be able to provide a quote?

If you have a project brief that you are able to share with us including the technologies you are looking for and details of your room size and set up, then we’ll be able to put together your meeting room designs and quote for you. We always try to spend the time upfront understanding your requirements so that we can provide you with the best recommendations and an accurate quotation. Firstly, we’ll get one of our AuDeo specialists to chat through your requirements. Ideally we'll then come and visit you to see your meeting space, do a site survey if necessary and demonstrate any of the product or solutions that you’d like to see. How do I arrange a site survey?

All you need to do is get in touch with us and we'll book for one of our team to meet, visit and undertake a site survey of your room/s.

How can I get professional audio in my meeting room?

For professional audio in your meeting rooms you will need microphones and speakers that are designed for your size of meeting spaces. This might mean noise cancelling headsets for your remote participants or microphones with the right pick up range for your size of meeting room.

There may be occasions when we’ll recommend some acoustic treatment or controls if we feel this is necessary. This is usually if you have a very large meeting space, or your room has particularly poor audio (lots of reflective surfaces or background noise of any kind).

Do I need a smart tv display?

The most important thing for your meeting room display is to choose the right size for your room. Believe it or not there is a mathematical formula for choosing the optimum size screen for your room, table shape & size!

The type of screen you opt for really does depend upon how you intend to use it; is it for Video Conferencing, is it for streaming content, will it be on all day, do you need access to traditional tv and streaming functionalities, does it need to be an interactive touch screen for collaborative work?
